It provides detailed, step-by-step instructions to adjust label settings for proper formatting and ensures labels print correctly based on the selected printer and paper size.

Steps To Resolve:

  • In the Webgility Desktop dashboard, click on Connections go to Shipping and Shipping Settings.
  • In Shipping Settings go to Shipping Rules, click on Configure for your Shipping Processor, and check the Default for Domestic Label Settings.
  • You may also change the Stock type under Additional Settings, once changes have been made Click on Save.
  • Go to New Orders and re-try generating a Shipping Label.
