Fixing Sales Channel Login Issues When Downloading Orders in Webgility Desktop

This article helps Webgility Desktop users in resolving sales channel credential-related errors that may occur when downloading orders through Webgility Desktop by providing step-by-step guidance.

Steps To Resolve:

  • Update Webgility Desktop, navigate to help and click on Check for Updates.
  • After updating Webgility, go to Connections go to Sales Channels, click on Manage Sales Channels, click on the edit icon and Test Store Connection.
  • Make sure to login with the Admin Credentials for your connected Sales Channel.
  • Once done retry downloading New Orders.
