Fixing Payout Visibility Issues Due to Posting Method Configuration in Webgility Online
This article helps Webgility Online users troubleshoot missing payouts in Webgility Online, which often result from misconfigured posting methods between Summary and Transactional modes. When these settings are out of sync or not properly saved, it can prevent payouts from displaying correctly.
How to Fix It
1. Access Posting Settings

Open Webgility Online

Navigate to:
Connections > Preference > Order Settings
2. Check the Accounting Method Configuration

In Order Settings

Check whether the current mode is set to Summary or Transactional
3. Toggle the Posting Method

Change the posting method to the other option (e.g., if currently Summary, switch to Transactional)

Click Save & Continue to apply the change
4. Revert to the Preferred Setting

After saving, switch the posting method back to your preferred original setting

Click Save & Continue again to confirm
5. Refresh and Verify

Log out and back into your dashboard, or refresh the page

Confirm that payouts are now visible as expected
