Step-by-Step Resolution

Step 1: Download the Latest QuickBooks Data

  1. In Webgility, go to Connections

  2. Click on Get Latest Data and Settings

  3. Select QuickBooks Data to sync the latest accounts and configuration from QuickBooks


Step 2: Verify Expense and Refund Account Settings

  1. Navigate to Connections > Accounting > Sync Settings

  2. Go to the Expenses and Fees section

  3. Review each Expense Group (e.g., Fees, Refunds, Shipping):

    • Click Setup for each group

    • Ensure correct QuickBooks accounts are selected for each category

    • Click Save after verifying each group

  4. After all groups are verified, click Save & Close
