How to Resolve the Error:

Review the Error Message
Take note of the exact template name mentioned in the error pop-up or order history. -
Update the Template in Webgility Desktop

Open Webgility Desktop

Go to Connections > Accounting > Sync Settings

Click the Refresh button at the bottom right to pull the latest data from QuickBooks

Under Invoice / Sales Receipt, click on Settings
