Steps To Resolve:
- Reconnect Sales Channel: In Webgility Desktop navigate to Connections go to Sales Channels then Manage Sales Channels and click on the Edit Icon.
- Verify the eBay Credentials if changed, click on Test Store Connection which will reauthenticate the eBay token.
- Once done, try downloading any New Orders.
