Cause of the issue:
This issue typically arises while posting the orders into QuickBooks. This error indicates that Webgility Online needs accounting data refresh and re-apply of the settings. To resolve this, follow the steps below.
Steps to fix:

Navigate to the Sync Settings in Webgility Online.

On each tab, you'll find a ‘Refresh Settings’ option apart from Products and Customers as it has only refresh button. Clicking this option will let you download the latest data and settings from QuickBooks.

Once the data has been refreshed click on Save at the bottom of each section.

Try to post the order again.
