Cause:
While syncing the Amazon Settlement Report or Shopify Payout Report on the last step, Posting Payments, the user might face this error.
Steps to resolve:

First, we need to download the latest QuickBooks Data in Webgility. Navigate to Connections and go to Get Latest Data and Settings, download QuickBooks Data.

Navigate to Connections, go to Accounting, then Sync Settings, and Expenses and Fees.

Verify the Setup for all the Expenses Groups (Expenses & Refunds), open Setup, verify the selected accounts and click on Save, do the same for all the expenses group types.

Once all the Expenses Groups are verified, click on Save & Close and re-try posting the report.
