eBay Sales Channel Products Download
This article helps Webgility Desktop users understand how to download products from the eBay sales channel into Webgility Desktop. To ensure accurate product syncing, Webgility Desktop requires a defined product listing date and proper configuration of eBay product settings. When these settings are not aligned, users may experience missing or incomplete product downloads. This guide walks users through setting the correct listing date, clearing the last item download timestamp, and refreshing product data so that Webgility can retrieve the complete product catalog from eBay.
Steps to follow:
1). To download the products from eBay, you need to set the Products Listed Date under the Webgility Desktop Products settings. So navigate to Connections then goto Accounting/POS/ERP and click on Sync Settings. Now goto Products and under Settings look for "Download products from eBay" and then for List from this date, set a back date, and click Save and Continue.


2). Now navigate to Advanced Settings by following Connections and then Sales Channels and click on Advanced Settings

3). Under Application tab look for the Last download date for Store Items, Click the Clear button, Save the settings, and close.
4). Next you will need to download the latest product data in Webgility from the product catalog by going to Products> All Product (under the sales channel on the left side)> Refresh button.

Note: This process may take several minutes to complete. Once completed you will see a dialog box with the confirmation message.
