Error: UNK_Error - Object reference not set of an object
This article helps Webgility Online users resolve issues caused by expired Xero tokens or conflicts with the same Xero file connected to another application. It explains how these situations prevent Webgility Online from posting orders and provides step-by-step instructions to refresh the Xero connection by removing and reconnecting the accounting platform. After reconnection, users can successfully retry posting orders from the Errors tab.

Cause of the issue:
This error will occur when the user's token expires or when they connect the same Xero accounting software to another application.
Steps of Troubleshooting:
1). Go to Connections> Accounting Platform.
2.) Click on ‘Remove’ to delete the current Xero file and then click on ‘Continue’.
3.) Under "Accounting Platform," click the plus sign icon (➕).
4.) On the next pop-up window, click "Connect." It will prompt you to authorize Webgility Online. Click "Next," and then log in to Xero.
5) Return to the same order within the 'Errors' tab and attempt to repost the order.
