This error happens when something changes in Items, customers, or any account in QuickBooks. To fix it, download the latest QuickBooks data into Webgility.

Steps To Fix The Error:

Step 1: Download Accounting Data

  • Log into Webgility Online.

  • Navigate to Sync Settings (left-hand bottom corner) and select Orders.

  • Click on the Refresh icon at the top center.

  • Select the appropriate accounts and items from the drop-down menus.

  • Click Save.

 

Step 2: Download Products

  • Navigate to Sync Settings (left-hand bottom corner) and select Products.

  • Click on the drop-down menu (top-right upper corner) and select "Download from Scratch."

  • Click on the Refresh icon.

  • Select the appropriate accounts and items from the drop-down menu.

  • Click Save.

 

Step 3: Download Customers:

  • Navigate to Sync Settings (left-hand bottom corner) and select Customers.
  • Click on the drop-down menu (top-right upper corner) and select "Download from Scratch."
  • Click on the Refresh icon.
  • Select the appropriate accounts and customers from the drop-down menu.
  • Click Save.
  • Now try to post the order in order and it should work.
