Orders View in Webgility Online

This article provides an overview of the Orders View in Webgility Online, explaining how users can access, filter, and manage their sales orders efficiently. It guides users through navigating to the Sales > Orders section, where they can view orders categorized under New, Error, Posted, Ignored, and Deleted tabs. The article also highlights features such as searching orders by date or keyword, exporting orders as CSV files, and refreshing the order list to retrieve the latest data. Additionally, it explains how users can customize the Orders view by adding or removing columns related to billing, charges, payments, shipping, and taxes—enhancing visibility and control across all connected sales channels.

To access orders in Webgility Online:

  • Login to your Webgility Online account.
  • On the left panel click on Sales> Orders.
  • The page will have New Orders, Error (Orders that do not get posted to Quickbooks), Posted (Orders that get posted to Quickbooks), Ignored, and Deleted tab available on the screen.
  • You can search orders by typing on the search box or find orders by date range as shown.

 

  • You can also export the order as a CSV file on your computer. Just beside the export option, you will also find an Icon to refresh the orders to bring in new orders in WO.

 

  • You have the option to include additional columns in the Orders section to access further information concerning Billing, charges, Orders, Payment, Shipping, Tax, and more. Simply click on the three small horizontal dots located in the top-right corner.

Within these options, such as Billing, charges, Orders, Payment, Shipping, and Tax, there will be various subcategories. You can also implement these changes across all Sales Channel profiles by checking the checkbox and then choosing "Done."
