Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Ensure that in QuickBooks Desktop you're logged in with the Admin user in Single User Mode.

  2. No pop-up windows are open.

  3. Verify that the open QuickBooks Desktop company file is the one selected in Webgility Desktop, under Connections go to Accounting and select Edit Connection & verify the QuickBooks Desktop company file location path.

  1. If QuickBooks Desktop was previously connected, proceed to remove the certificate in QuickBooks Desktop by following the steps below:
  • Click Edit go to  Preferences then Integrated Applications and click on Company Preferences.
  • Select Unify Enterprise and click remove and save.
