Ensure a seamless connection between Webgility and QuickBooks by making sure there are no open pop-up windows or dialogue boxes in QuickBooks. Any such pop-ups may result in encountering an error.
Webgility can't access QBs. Please make sure QuickBooks is running and there is no notification window open and then try again.
Ensure that QuickBooks is logged in with the Admin user.
No pop-up windows are open.
Verify that the open QuickBooks company file is the one selected in Webgility Desktop.
If QuickBooks was previously connected, proceed to remove the certificate in QuickBooks by following the steps below:
Click Edit >> Preferences >> Integrated Applications
Select Unify Enterprise and click remove and save.
Once done, please re-connect the QuickBooks and allow access to the QuickBooks certification window. Follow this article to Regenerate QuickBooks Certificate
You should be connected to Quick Books Desktop
