This article explains to Webgility Online users, how to resolve the “Voiding QuickBooks Transaction failed due to object specified in the request cannot be found” error in Webgility Online. The issue typically occurs when an order has been manually deleted in QuickBooks but still exists in Webgility. The article provides guidance on using the Force Unpost feature to remove the transaction link between Webgility and QuickBooks, allowing the order to be reposted successfully.
Error Message:
Voiding QuickBooks Transaction failed due to object "13357-1646338563" specified in the request cannot be found
Reason:
This error may occur when unposting an order in Webgility from QuickBooks if the order was manually deleted in QuickBooks. Resolution: We can attempt to unpost the order using the Force Unpost feature in Webgility. If that is unsuccessful, our support team will be able to assist you in unposting the order.
Below are the steps to do a Force Unpost:

Navigate to the Orders Page under the Sales Tab on the left side.

Select the Order number and then select the check box - Transaction not found in accounting Force Unpost?

Click on Unpost to move the Order to New Orders tab. Once done then try to post the order again into QuickBooks.
