Change the Last Download Date

To initiate a new download for QuickBooks customers, you may need to change the "Last Download Date" within Webgility Desktop. Follow these steps:

  • In Webgility Desktop navigate to "Connections then Sales Channel Settings and go to Advanced Settings".

  • Locate the "Last Download Date for QuickBooks Customers" setting, clear the date and click on Save.

  • Once done navigate to Connections go to Get Latest Data & Settings, under QuickBooks data select only customers, beside the Download Data button click on the small arrow and select re-download all data.

By changing the "Last Download Date" to the current date, you are indicating that you want to retrieve the most up-to-date customer data from QuickBooks. This can help ensure that your customer information is current and accurate in your Webgility Desktop database records.
