To initiate a new download of the QuickBooks product, you may need to change the "Last Download Date" within Webgility Desktop. Follow these steps:
Step 1: In Webgility Desktop, navigate to Connections in the menu options, then go to Sales Channel and click on Advanced Settings. Then navigate to the Application tab, and clear the last download date for QuickBooks items. Once done, click on Save and Close at the bottom.
Step 2: Now navigate to Products in the menu options, and under the QuickBooks section, go to All Products, and then click on the refresh button and wait for the process to complete.
By changing the "Last Download Date" to the current date, you are indicating that you want to retrieve the most up-to-date product data from QuickBooks. This can help ensure that your product information is current and accurate in your records.
