To initiate a new download of QuickBooks product, you may need to change the "Last Download Date" within Webgility Desktop. Follow these steps:
Step 1: In Webgility Desktop navigate to Connections in the menu options then goto Sales Channel and click on Advanced Settings. Then navigate to Application tab, clear the last download date for both QuickBooks and store items. Once done then click on Save and Close at the bottom.
Step 2: Now navigate to Products in the menu options and under QuickBooks section go to All Products and then click on refresh button and wait for the process to complete.
By changing the "Last Download Date" to the current date, you are indicating that you want to retrieve the most up-to-date product data from QuickBooks. This can help ensure that your product information is current and accurate in your records.
