Invalid column name "IsDutiesAsLineItem" There was a mismatch error in executing this application to fix this you will need to update your WD Software and upgrade your database on your primary computer.
This typically happens when the Webgility Desktop database hasn't been updated in a while and runs into problems during reindexing.
1). Make sure Webgility Desktop is running the latest version, if not then perform an upgrade on all the required machines. Follow the steps mentioned in the following
help doc. Once finished, try to log in again to Webgility and perform your required operation.
2). If Webgility Desktop is already running the latest software version then you will need to follow below mentioned steps:
1). Close Webgility Software as well as Webgility Scheduler (if running) on all of your required machines.
2). Now go to the machine-facing issue, then go to the location C:\Webgility\UnifyEnterprise and look for a file with the name "UnifyDBUpgrade" and run it and wait for a success popup. (this may take a few minutes)
3). Once you see the success pop saying "Webgility database upgraded successfully" then close that popup and try to log in again.
