Download the Latest Data from QuickBooks and Your Online Store in Webgility Online

In this article, you will learn how to import the most recent accounting and inventory data from Quickbooks into Webgility Online.

Refreshing Data from Quickbooks and Store:

A: Navigate to Products> Products Catalog

B: Press the Refresh Button

If the latest data still does not reflect in Webgility, try following the below mentioned steps:

Download Quickbooks Accounting Data:

A: Navigate to Sync Settings> Products.

B: On every tab you will see a Refresh Settings option. Clicking this option will allow you to download the latest data and settings from QuickBooks.

C: Under both the Product and Customer tabs there is a drop-down with options to Refresh Latest Accounting Data and Download From Scratch.

Download from Scratch:

This option will redownload all products and customer information from scratch (when clicked from their respective tabs). This is recommended if the latest data from QuickBooks is not reflected in Webgility.

D: Click Refresh Settings to start the data downloading process.

E: This can take several minutes if you have a lot of data in your QuickBooks.

F: Once it downloads the information, you will receive a notification that it is done.

G: Save the Settings on each tab after refreshing the settings before proceeding to the next tab.

Downloading Store Data (from Scratch):

Normally you won’t be required to perform this step since Webgility will automatically download the data as soon as you press the Refresh Button shown is Step #1.

The steps below are troubleshooting steps in case your accounting or store-related information is not being updated properly.

A: Navigate to Connections

B: Click on Preferences, and select Product Settings.

C: Click on the dropdown and select Scratch

D: Click on “Continue” under the confirmation popup.

E: Save.

This will redownload all the store products from scratch.
