Step 1: Refresh QuickBooks Online Accounting Data

Go to Sync Settings.

Open each tab one by one like Chart of Accounts, Products ,Customer , etc depending on the data you need to refresh.

Click Refresh button.

Wait for the process to complete.

Click Save before moving to another tab.
Note1 : The download may take several minutes if your QuickBooks Online account contains a large amount of data.
How to Monitor the Data Refresh
The refresh process may take several minutes depending on the amount of data in your QuickBooks Online account.

Click Refresh Settings to start the download.

Allow the process to continue until it is complete.

Do not proceed to another tab until the current download has finished.

Once the process is complete, Webgility Online will display a notification.

Click Save on the applicable tab before proceeding.
Download Sales Channel Data from Scratch
In most cases, Webgility Online automatically retrieves the latest sales channel data when you click Refresh in the Products Catalog.
If the latest sales channel product information is still not available, you can use the scratch-download option as a troubleshooting step.
Note2 : Not all sales channels support downloading product data from scratch through this option.
2. Steps to Download Sales Channel Data
- Go to Connections.
- Select Preferences.
- Go to Product Settings.
- Open the product data download drop-down.
- Select Scratch.
- Review the confirmation message.
- Click Continue.
- Click Save.
- Return to the Products Catalog and refresh the data.
