How to Search & filter Orders in Webgility Online

Overview
In Webgility Online , you can easily locate, search, and filter orders using multiple options. These tools help you efficiently organize and access orders based on various criteria, such as order numbers, dates, order statuses, store types, business types, and third-party applications.
Searching for an Order
To find a specific order:

Go to Sales and select Orders.

In the Orders tab, use the Search box.

Enter the order number you wish to locate, and Webgility Online will display the corresponding order.
Filtering Orders in Webgility Online
Webgility Online provides robust filter options to refine order searches based on a date range, order status, store type, business type, and more. You can use these filters in both the Orders and Refunds tabs.
Common Filters
01. Date Filter: Available across all tabs (New Orders, Errors, Posted, Ignored, Deleted), allowing you to filter orders by date range.

Example: To view orders downloaded last month, go to Sales > Orders > New Orders > All and select Last Month in the date filter.
02. Order Status Filter: To filter orders by status, go to Sales > Orders > New Orders > All Orders and select the desired status, such as Fulfilled, Open, or Archived.
Advanced Filter Options
Webgility Online offers expanded filter options for additional customization. Click on Expand in the Orders or Refunds tab to view and apply these filters.
1. All Store Types: Access orders and refunds based on the type of store (e.g., Online store, POS store).
2. All Orders: Filter orders and refunds by status (e.g., Archived, Canceled, Fulfilled).
3. All Stores: Filter by store location or POS to view orders specific to a particular store.
4. All Business Types: Sort orders and refunds by business type (e.g., B2B, B2C, DTC).
5. All 3rd Party Apps: Filter by integrated third-party apps used in your store (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).
6. All Payment Methods: Filter orders by payment method (e.g., Credit Card, Visa, American Express).
Note: Stores, Store Types, Order Types and 3rd Party Apps are only available if your Sales Channel provides these data along with the orders downloaded after the 8.16.0 release. If you want to see the field values from your previous orders created before Nov 6, 2024, please go to Connections and set your Download Orders Start Date to include those previous orders.
Filtering Refunds
The Refunds tab provides the same filtering options as the Orders tab, allowing you to sort and view refunds based on the criteria above.
