Unable to download Inventory Asset Account from QBO into WO
Reason: This happens when the chart of accounts data has not been downloaded from Quickbooks Online into the Webgility Online application.
1). In WO go to Settings> Accounting> Translation tab click on Refresh Settings and wait for 2-3 mins and then check again.
2). In case the issue persists go to Settings> Connections> Accounting disconnect Quickbooks Online and then reconnect.
3). Once done then repeat the steps mentioned in point no. 1 again.
