Your session has expired as you have been inactive, Webgility will need to be restarted

Some of the reasons why you may see this error are here:

  1. Zero activity on Webgility Desktop Software for more than an hour

  2. Webgility Desktop is logged in with the same login credentials on multiple machines simultaneously.

Your session has expired as you have been inactive, Webgility will need to be restarted.

Troubleshooting Your session has expired:

  1. If Webgility Software is logged in but there is no activity for more than an hour, you may see β€œSession has expired” error. If so, you would need to restart the application

  2. This may also happen if using Webgility across multiple machines and sharing the same login credentials. We would recommend using Webgility on one machine at a time. Should you need more users, you create multiple users from your my.webgility.com account.
