Troubleshooting Your session has expired:
- If Webgility Desktop Software is logged in but there is no activity for more than an hour, you may see “Session has expired” error. If so, you would need to restart the application
- This may also happen if using Webgility Desktop across multiple machines and sharing the same login credentials. We would recommend using Webgility Desktop on one machine at a time. Should you need more users, you create/setup add-on users in your Webgility Portal Account by visiting https://portal.webgility.com/login.php
