Webgility Online lets you export your orders as a CSV file. This CSV file contains all order and customer information, including shipping and billing addresses as well as email addresses.
Exporting Orders
1. Log in to Webgility Online, here.
2. Navigate to Accounting> Orders
3. Click on the export icon on the right, as shown in the screenshot below.
4. You may choose to export Selected Orders, Filtered Orders, or All Orders.
5. Select the option you want and click on Export and your orders will be exported as a CSV file.
Exporting Products
1. Log in to Webgility Online, here.
2. Navigate to Products> Products Catalog
3. Click on the export icon on the right.
4. To export your Store products as a CSV, you need to be in the Not in QuickBooks or Quickbooks Matched tab.
5. To export your Quickbooks products as a CSV, you need to be in the Not in Store or Store Matched tab.
6. Open the CSV file to view the exported Products
