Symptom

Available quantity for items in your store doesn’t match QuickBooks.

Cause

Advanced inventory control is set up to sync modified quantities.

Resolution

Navigate to Products > Advanced Inventory Control.
Find the item with mismatched quantity.
Adjust the Quantity Rule as necessary.
