Troubleshoot a hosted environment not syncing orders automatically
There could be multiple scenarios wherein automation in the hosted environment like Right Networks, or Summit Hosting stops working. This article explains how we can troubleshoot if the automation stops.
For Right Networks:
1). Check if the scheduler is ON or not. If it is ON but the scheduler icon is not visible in the system tray, then close Webgility Desktop and QuickBooks application.
2). Log off from the Right Networks at least for 2-3 minutes. Then log back in, and restart the Scheduler.
