If you want to download accounting items and customers from scratch, then you need to clear the date and time from advanced settings.
1. Navigate to Integrations > Store > Advanced Settings. Click Clear, then click Save, the click Close.
2. Now go to Integrations > Get Latest Data & Settings.
3. In the pop-up window, click Download Data. If you have a lot of data in your accounting file or QB-POS file, this may take several minutes.
4. Once this is complete you will be shown a message indicating that the download was successful.
