How to remove a sales channel from Webgility Desktop
Overview: If you need to replace an existing sales channel with a new one while managing a limited number of sales channels, this guide will walk you through the process. It also provides troubleshooting steps to help resolve any issues that may prevent a successful connection to your new sales channel.

Before successfully connecting to your sales channel, you need to ensure that your credentials are accurate. This includes your login URL, username, password, and API token for the specified sales channel. Follow these steps:
The following steps will help to resolve this issue:
1). Navigate to the Connections then Sales Channel and click on Manage Sales Channels.

Under Application, navigate to the Last download date for Store Items, Click the Clear button, Save the settings, and close.
3. Go to Products. Click on the refresh button (↻) that shows the Last Download timestamp as Never.
This process may take several minutes to complete. Once it is completed, a dialog box will appear with the confirmation message.
Once this download is complete, the updated list of the products removed from your sales channel will appear here.
Note: This applies to sales channels except for marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, etc.
