To ensure a smooth workflow for transaction posting and product syncing it is crucial to match all of the items between your Online Stores and QuickBooks. Importing product mappings through a .csv file is important when there are a number of items that do not match based on the matching criteria set forth in your product settings. If there are any matching criteria that do not automatically match, you are able to manually map and match all products through this method.
Simply follow the following steps to create a .csv file to bulk import product mappings in Webgility Desktop:
Open the list of unmatched products from Webgility by navigating Products > Mappings
Export the unmapped items list
Copy all the nonmatching SKUs from the exported list
Open the template file from this location C:/Webgility/Unify Enterprises/Template
Paste the SKUs in the template under the Store Item Identifier column
Enter equivalent QuickBooks item names in the QuickBookss Item Identifier column next to the SKUs
Import the mappings from the .csv file into Webgility Desktop.
