How to Manage Add-ons: Additional Users, Sales Channels, and Additional Orders

Add-On Options

1. Onboarding Package:

When using this add-on service you can schedule a session with one of the implementation experts to receive help setting up a new store, reviewing existing setup, configuration, training sessions as per your app type, and more.

2. Historical Orders Download:

Using this add-on you can enable the historical order download limit, which means you can download orders beyond 90 days. For example, if you have to download the orders from the first day of the last year, then you can download them through the historical add-on.

Note:

Webgility offers to download orders within the last 90 days at no cost.

Steps:


1. Go to portal.webgility.com and enter your login details,

2. Select Add-ons and scroll down the page until you see k Purchase More Users or Sales Channels.

3. The next screen will guide you to purchase the add-ons you need and will display the total cost due today. Once you have selected your options, click Continue to complete your purchase.

4. Once your payment is accepted, the add-ons are instantly added to your account.

Note:

You may need to restart Webgility Desktop for the changes to appear.
