This article details how to transfer funds from one bank account to another. You can transfer the balance of funds from your ecommerce clearing account to your actual bank account. Before proceeding, it is recommended that the accounts are reconciled.
QuickBooks Desktop
Select Banking > Transfer Funds.
Select the clearing account.
Select the bank account.
Enter the amount to transfer.
Enter a memo.
Click Save & Close.
QuickBooks Online
Click Quick Create.
Select Other > Transfer.
3. Select the clearing account.
4. Select the bank account.
5. Click Save & New.
NetSuite
Select Transactions > Bank > Transfer Funds.
Select the clearing account for the from account.
Select the bank account for the to account.
Enter the amount to transfer.
Enter a memo.
Enter any dimensional information.
Click Save.
