Stop Downloading Orders from Multiple Sales Channels

It is especially useful for users who have integrated front-end systems, inventory tools, or shipping applications as sales channels and are encountering duplicate orders. The guide provides steps to configure which sales channels should or should not download orders, helping users maintain clean and accurate order data.


Overview:

Have you connected your sales channel along with a web or cloud-based inventory management or shipping application in Webgility Online? This setup may result in the same orders being downloaded through multiple channels, potentially causing duplicate transactions in your accounting system. To prevent this, you can configure the settings below and choose which sales channel you want to download orders from in Webgility Online.

Steps:

1. Navigate to Connections at the bottom left.

 

2. Find your respective sales channel and click Order Settings.

 

3. Check or uncheck channels you want to download or stop downloading orders from, then click Done.
