Overview:

The error message you're seeing indicates that there is an issue with the authentication details for your UPS account. This can happen if the account information is outdated or incorrect, such as an expired or missing invoice number.

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below to update and re-register your UPS account in the shipping settings.


 


Resolution steps:

  1. Navigate to Connections: In your Webgility software, go to Connections > Shipping > Shipping Settings

     

  2. Update Account Information: Under UPS Direct, select Account Information and enter the most recent invoice number.

     

  3. Re-register the Account: After updating the invoice number, click on Re-register.

  4. Save and Close: Once re-registered, you should see a success message. Click on Save & Close.

  5. Complete the UPS Login: The system will redirect you to the UPS login page. Complete the login process.

  6. Generate Labels: After successfully logging in and saving the settings, try generating the shipping labels again. This will resolve the error.
