Invalid soap message due to XML schema validation failure, content type element is invalid - the value 'None' is invalid according to its data type.

Reason:
We get this error when the content type is missing in the commodities tab while processing the shipment.
Troubleshooting:
1). When processing the shipment, from the shipping screen, select the Content Type in the Commodities Tab.
2). Save the shipment and generate the label, it should now allow you to process the shipment.
Note:
At times there could be a different message where we need to review the error message carefully and make the changes to the respective fields. Sometimes errors could be related to address or item details we need to review the order details and make the changes accordingly.
