Unable to generate a military address label.

The destination city may not be available as a military address.

Navigate to the following location In Microsoft Windows: C:\Webgility\UnifyEnterprise\xml

Locate and edit the file MilitaryCities.xml.

Add the required city using the same format as other cities in the file.

Submit a ticket to Webgility support to have the city permanently added to the file. 

If the file is overwritten by an update, the city may have to be re-added manually.

1. If Webgility is open, close Webgility.
2. Navigate to the following location In Microsoft Windows: C:\Webgility\UnifyEnterprise\xml
3. Locate and edit the file MilitaryCities.xml.
4. Add the required city using the same format as other cities in the file.
5. Restart Webgility.
6. Submit a ticket to Webgility support to have the city permanently added to the file. 
7. If the file is overwritten by an update, the city may have to be re-added manually.
